Village Time was founded after a lifetime of passion about watches and a seriously long time of watch collecting. First being introduced to wristwatches from my Grandfather at the age of 10, it has been a constant part of my life and something I love. Creation of Village Time had a goal to fill a void in the watch market.
Having been blessed to have owned thousands of watches both modern and vintage and interacting with thousands of collectors, there was systemic gaps realized in the market . In an era of hype, lack of transparency and price gouging are the forefront issues new and experienced buyers regularly encounter. Quality and condition should be the number one factor in collecting vintage watches.
As a collector I have been moving watches in my collection since 2010 and after 15 years , my reputation and transparency has remained pristine in every example.
As a company , I am proud to be working with recognized top collectors, auction houses, and enthusiasts throughout the global marketplace. My goal is to share my experience , knowledge from years of trial and error and research , to help collectors who are curious to know deeper about watches before engaging in any transaction.
Since 2010 , I am the only collector/dealer who has never sold any item that was not 100 % original and untouched.
I apply my lifetime of self education and innate ability to forecast, recognize, and adapt to trends to bring forward the most honest product possible. Never once have I completed a transaction and not done repeat business with that customer.
The products’ speak for themselves because of the most painstakingly selective process in the industry.
